At Snowdo Pet Supplies, we take care to source quality products. Due to the nature of pet items and their everyday use, we do not offer extended warranties unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Most of our items are everyday essentials made for regular use.
All products are inspected before shipping to ensure quality.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Please note:
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, chewing, rough play, or natural wear and tear.
For health and hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless faulty.

💰 Restocking Fee
If you change your mind, a minimum 15% restocking fee may apply to your return.
